Connecting your PG&E account allows Ivy to securely access your energy usage so we can calculate your Ivy Solar Statement accurately. Follow these steps to connect your account through PG&E’s Share My Data.
Enter the email address you have on file with your property and click Continue.
Check your inbox for a one-time password (OTP).
Enter the code and click Continue.
Step 2: Connect PG&E Account
You will be redirected from Ivy Resident to PG&E’s login page.
Enter your PG&E username and password.
Click Sign In, *If there is an error or it’s loading for a while, try refreshing the page and logging in again.
Step 3: Complete PG&E’s Share My Data steps
Once signed in, you will land on a page that says “Ivy Energy requests data access as follows.”
Make sure that all the boxes are checked:
✅ Basic Information ✅ Billing Information ✅ Account Information ✅ Usage Information
Under Access Duration, confirm that Indefinite is selected. This ensures that Ivy can access your data for as long as you are in your community's solar program.
Click Submit.

After you click Submit, you’ll see a confirmation page letting you know that your PG&E account is now successfully connected with Ivy Energy.
That’s it! Your Ivy Solar Statement will now be calculated using your actual energy usage.
