How to connect your utility account

Arcadia is Ivy Energy’s 3rd party utility data service provider. Through Arc, connecting your utility account allows Ivy to securely access your energy usage so we can calculate your solar statement.

Step 1: Confirm you have an online utility account

1. Visit your utility provider's online portal

2. Log in to your account

3. If you don’t have an account or can’t recall your login details, create or recover your account before proceeding


Step 2: Disable MFA/2FA

Disable Multi-Factor Authentication (or 2 Step Verification) in your security settings, to allow us to access your energy data for accurate billing.


Step 3: Create Ivy account

1. Check your email inbox associated with your property for an invitation from Ivy, or visit http://resident.ivy.energy


2. Follow the instructions to access your account

3. Verify your contact information, or use the “Report Issue” button if any details are incorrect


Step 4: Connect your utility account

1. Follow the instructions to connect your utility account

2. Upon successful connection, you’ll receive a confirmation email

Important: For your security, verification may take a few days. Please make sure Steps 1 and 2 are completed before moving on to Step 4
